Season: Avoid disappointment by placing
your order(s) as early as possible during our busy festive

are closed from December 20th through January 5th, every year.
All orders received during that time will be processed after

within 24-48 hours of payment of your order.

within the USA. We DO NOT ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and

shipping charges include the shipping charges as well as the
packing & handling charges for packaging the gift basket
in a special way so that it arrives in pristine condition to

handling charges are based on weight or dimensions,
destination. Most parcels range from $9.00 to $25.00. When the
gift leaves our facility, the buyer will receive a

(a business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or
holidays), for your gift basket to reach its destination.

If we ship a package on Monday that takes 2 business days to
arrive. You do not count the day you ship as a business day,
so your package would arrive on Wednesday, the second business
day after the ship date.

ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes. We are not responsible
for orders shipped to hotels & hospitals in the

transit. It is the buyer's responsible to ensure that

Expressed utilizes the services of professional couriers
for delivery. Telephone numbers are required for all hand
deliveries. The delivery window is usually 4 hours. Hand
Delivery is available to the cities shown below. We
deliver to local hospitals, hotels, residential addresses, and

address always requires a phone number as our
drivers always call to confirm availability. If no one is
available to accept, and if weather conditions permit, the
gift basket is usually left at the front door. You can
request that the gift basket not be delivered if the party
is not at home. Additional delivery charges will apply for
a second attempt.
Delivery to a local
hospital must include: hospital telephone number,
patient's name, room number, and expected release date.
Delivery to hotels
must include: hotel's telephone, address, guest name, room
number, and check out date.
Expressed is not responsible for orders delivered to hotels
& hospitals in the event the recipient has checked out
while the gift is in transit. It is the buyer's
responsibility to ensure that the recipient will be at the
location where the gift is being delivered.

Our rates are very reasonable, considering the gas prices
nowadays. Our delivery people are professional and handle each
basket / order with care.

call us. Hand Delivery charges are based on the number of
miles from our location and start from $10.00.
Note: We can ship
the basket to hand delivered areas too.
FOR FAILED DELIVERIES & CHARGES
Please check all addresses carefully. We guarantee delivery
only to the addresses we are given. Elegantly Expressed is not
responsible for shipping or delivery charges incurred when
ADDRESS CORRECTION you will be charged $5.00 as we have to
call Fed Ex to make the change

If the GIFT
BASKET IS RETURNED TO US you have 2 choices.
- Either have
it sent to a correct address. This will mean additional
S&H charges to be incurred by you.
- OR : We
throw away the basket as we are unable to re-sell it even if
it is not opened or it is not a custom order. All
custom orders are non-refundable.
At times it may be
necessary to substitute products shown for a product of equal
or greater value and quality. For example, we avoid shipping
chocolates during the hot summer months since they will melt.
In all cases, where substitution is necessary, we try our best
to maintain the look, colors and design style of the gift
basket as pictured.
If at any time you receive a
gift basket created by us which you are unsatisfied with,
please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation.
We consider all sales "FINAL". But we will
definitely satisfy you if there is an error on our part.
If you receive a package, which has been damaged during
shipping, notify your postal carrier/delivery person
immediately. If a basket has to be returned it has to be done
within 3 days of receiving the basket. We can take back ONLY

responsibility of the person returning the basket. Shipping
and handling charges are non-refundable. All returned
merchandise must be returned in perfect condition. No credit
