do we need to do to cancel an order?
Contact us immediately,
if you must cancel your order. We would like to know
why you are canceling your order. This will help us
better serve you and others in the future. We want to
have the best customer service.

Do
you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is
charged to any order delivered within Illinois per
Illinois Sales Tax laws. Any order to be shipped
outside of Illinois will not be charged sales tax.

How
long does it take the gift basket to reach the
destination?
Gift Basket orders
placed before 10 am CST Monday-Friday will usually
ship out the same day. Orders placed after 10 am CST
will usually ship the following business day. There
are times when shipping the same day is beyond our
control - bad weather, holidays, carrier problems,
etc. In those situations, we will strive to ship your
gift basket as soon as we possibly can.
In general:
-Shipping to an Central
Coast destination can take up to 3 business days;
-Shipping to East states can take up to 5 business
days;
-Shipping to the West Coast can take up to 7 business
days.

do you handle shipping of chocolates & other
meltable items during warmer weather months?
In warmer
months, some gift baskets with chocolates will be
replaced with equal quality products that will with
stand the heat in shipping across country. Should you
need special chocolates shipped with ice packs and
Express shipping, that may be arranged through our
customer care desk.

Will
the basket I order look the same as the picture?
We take
pride in creating our gift basket designs with the
finest and most current products and enhancements
available.
Therefore, our container, enhancement and gourmet
product inventory is always changing. We make every
effort to update our website often; however, an item
may be discontinued or out of stock due to supplier
back orders.
All gifts on our web site are photographed unwrapped
to provide you with the highest visual accuracy of the
contents of each gift. In order to ship gifts, proper
wrapping and packaging will be used.. All gifts (other
than towers) will be gift wrapped to provide
stationary shipment. We want your gift to arrive in
peak perfection.
If you wish your gift basket order to have the
"exact" same look and ingredients, please
state this on your order form under "Special
Instructions". We will make every
effort to fill your special requests; however, due to
seasonal and product availability it may take a week
or more so we reserve the right to substitute products
of equal or greater value when necessary. |

Will
you add an enclosure tag to my gift to include my
personal message?
Yes, you can ! During
the ordering process you will see a "Special
Instructions" box. Remember
to include your message in the space provided on our
order form. Your baskets will arrive with your
personalized gift card.

How
much notice do you need during peak holiday seasons?
We make
every effort to be prepared for the high volume
experienced during the holidays. Most orders during
busy holidays will be completed and processed in 1 to
3 days. Lead time becomes more critical as the
holiday approaches. The further out that you can place
your order the better. Any order of 10 or more items
must be ordered 1 week before the the ship date.
